Account & billing
Common questions
- How do I reset my password? Click "Forgot password" on the sign-in page. We'll send a secure reset link to your email.
- How do I cancel my subscription? Go to Dashboard โ Profile & Settings โ scroll to the bottom and click "Cancel subscription".
- How do I export my data? Email support@guidly.ca and we'll send a full export within 5 business days.
- How do I delete my account? Email support@guidly.ca with the subject "Account deletion request" and we'll permanently remove your data within 30 days.
When emailing us
To help us help you faster, please include:
- The email address on your Guidly account
- A clear description of what you were trying to do
- What happened instead (an error message, a screenshot, the time it occurred)
- Which browser and device you're using (e.g. "Chrome on macOS", "Safari on iPhone")
For Zoom integration issues, also include the Zoom account email you're trying to connect and whether you've recently reset or revoked the Zoom app authorization.
