Take bookings without
the back-and-forth
A booking page clients use themselves, reminders that cut no-shows, and every client’s contact details, notes and session history in one place — synced to the calendar, CRM and meeting tools you already use.
Free forever for up to 8 sessions a month. No card required.
Share one link. Clients see the hours you really work and book themselves. No email threads, no double-bookings, no “does Tuesday still work?”
Automatic email and SMS reminders before every session, plus your own custom nudges and a daily summary of what’s coming up.
Contact details, session history, notes, prepaid packages and payments — kept together and pushed to your CRM, so you are not rebuilding the same list in three places.
Works with what you already use
A booking that only lives in Guidly is half a booking. Every session lands on your calendar, every client reaches your CRM, and the meeting link creates itself.
Up and running in three steps
No setup call, no onboarding fee, no migration project.
Your name, what you do, your rate, and the hours you’re actually available.
You get guidly.ca/your-name. Already have a website? Embed the booking widget straight into it.
Confirmations, calendar sync, Zoom or Teams links and reminders all happen on their own.
Schedule your people, not just your clients
Most booking tools assume one person selling their own time. If you run an event hall, a practice or an academy, half the job is the other direction — deciding who works when, and making sure they know.
Put a shift, a class or an event on any provider’s calendar from your team page. It uses their real availability, so you can’t book someone into a gap they never offered or on top of an existing session.
Assigned work emails the provider straight away and syncs to their own Google, Outlook or iCloud calendar — with the same reminders as any other session.
Session types can be free, so “Bar shift”, “Setup” or “Cover” sit alongside the ones you actually charge for, on the same calendar.

Questions providers ask
No. The Free plan is free permanently and covers up to 8 confirmed sessions a month. No card is required to sign up, and nothing charges automatically.
No — your Guidly page works as your booking site on its own. If you do have a site, you can embed the booking widget into any page of it.
Yes. Connect your Stripe account and take payment at the time of booking, sell prepaid session packages, or keep taking payment however you do now and just mark sessions as paid.
Both. If you own a team, you can put work on any provider’s calendar from your team page. It respects their availability, emails them, and syncs to their own calendar. Session types can be free, so unpaid shifts sit alongside billable sessions.
The Team plan covers everyone under one subscription at a lower per-seat rate, with round-robin booking so clients can book whoever’s free. Adding someone later just adds a seat.
