Is the Free plan really free?
Yes — Free is free forever, no credit card required. It covers up to 8 confirmed sessions per month. Upgrade to Pro anytime for unlimited sessions plus reminders, analytics and automation.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your billing period.
How does team pricing work?
The org owner pays for all coaches on their team from a single account. The discount applies automatically when 3 or more coaches are on the same org.
Is there a transaction fee on bookings?
No. Guidly charges a flat monthly fee per coach — we never take a cut of your session revenue. What you earn is yours.
How do clients pay for sessions?
Guidly does not process payments between coaches and students. Coaches collect payment directly from their clients — by e-transfer, cash, Stripe, PayPal, or any method they prefer. Guidly handles the scheduling and booking management, not the money.
What currencies do you support?
Guidly is priced in Canadian and US dollars — switch using the toggle above. You set your own session rates in any currency for your clients.
