If your Zoom plan records and transcribes sessions, Guidly can add a transcript (or, if AI summaries are enabled, an AI-generated summary) of each session to its record. Recording and transcription happen in your own Zoom account — Guidly only retrieves the transcript Zoom produces. By enabling this, you confirm you are responsible for obtaining any participant consent required and for complying with all recording and privacy laws that apply to you. Connect Microsoft 365 to auto-create a Teams link for every confirmed booking. On Pro, it also two-way syncs your Outlook calendar — your Guidly bookings appear in Outlook, and your Outlook events block those times in Guidly. Requires a work/school Microsoft 365 account.
Personal Microsoft accounts (outlook.com / hotmail) can't create Teams meetings — a Microsoft 365 work/school account is required.
